This mod simulates winter.

Place Frosty above Realistic Buildlng Lights mod.
Place Frosty above Drive Safely’s Sound Fixes Pack to remove summer
sounds like insect noises.

Important!!
Frosty is a weather and graphics mod so other weather, HDR and
environmental graphics mods should be disabled.
Frosty should be given a HIGH priority in Mod Manager.

Is there anyway to create snow in a few areas only, instead of all map? I think it would be cool if the enviroment changes while you travel, dynamic change or specific to places.
An ATS version of this mod would be cool but the last time I checked it has never snowed in Nevada. But for a future idea when the map expands Eastwards, it sounds good.
You must’ve never visited Reno. Reno gets a few snowfall events every winter though usually they are light.
I am not sure how much Reno *freaks out* about snow since they are closer to the mouontains.
Reno drops fast into the 20s when it’s clear and the occasional single digits.
