This background map has full coverage of nearly the entire world.

It adds all of Africa Europe and Asia along with Australia + New Zealand and North America with a small part of northern South America, (including Colombia Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, nearly all of Brazil and parts of Argentina and Chile)
