Hasiči skin pack v 1.0.1

changes :
– red-white stripes under the lights on the front bumper
– more realistic color on the lower stripes
– some changes on the Volvo FH16 2012 skin – added “HASIČSKÁ ZÁCHRANNÁ SLUŽBA” sign
– new, real fonts for 150 and SOS 112 signs
