      1. download your mod folder.(\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod)
      2. verify the CHECK BOX in edit menu in profile.(IMPORTANT)
      3. purchase high-geared9 in upgrade shop.

   Awesome mod, i have always hated the gearbox since i started playing ETS2 but this is so much better. Good job!
