This adds open borders between Israel and Lebanon.
Like people know, this is a fictional border, and in real world have a super wall
dividing this border.
Because they never have a agreement, this road remains close.

But we open this part, creating a small piece of road, checkpoints ans other assets
and becomes a almost real place.

I take advantages to a pre work mod, but this mod craches in V.1.58 of ETS2.
So i research fot inconsistencies,ans repair the mod.

So this work flawlessly in V1.58, 1.57, but not tested in 1.59.
