Kantai Collection Kongou skin for Scania S series

This skin is special among my other previous truck skins because of its detail
and its the best of its kind.

Works on both Normal and High roof, but it
will not work on the High roof 8×4.

Like I said, some of its parts aren’t colored properly
because No template parts were provided. Ignore
the errors or faults.
