MERCEDES-BENZ ACTROS MP3 IMPROVED DASHBOARD V1.0

This mod improves Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 dashboard:
– based on “Mercedes-Benz Actros MP3 Realistic Dashboard Computer” from Oscar
– added low fuel icon
– added damage warning icon
– added damage stop icon
– added low air pressure warning icon
– added cruise control memory icon
– added remaining fuel/adblue in tank percent
– added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.)
– added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled
– changed the order of the pages of the onboard computer
– changed cruise control section
– changed low fuel page
– changed damage page
– fixes and improvements
