multi-mod

Here is Multi Mod v1.0 which include police data,economy data and game
data in one mod

So i change some price in police offence
change many things in economy
add no damage for trucks and trailer
I add some other thins but just read included (read me) file for more
information

In next version i be change and add some good things 😉
