Other HDR Intensity – 25%, 50%, 75%
Unpack the archive and choose one of the three types of intensity
HDR. We can choose the following types:”HDR less intensely on 25% to
Loco.scs” – the minimum reduction effect HDR.”HDR less intensely on
50% to Loco.scs” – HDR reduction in half.”HDR less intensely on 75% to
Loco.scs” – maximum reduction effect HDR. Select one of the three
versions and paste into your mod folder. HDR effect should be
selected in the game. I tested all three versions and best suits my
version of 50%

It’s strange.Some modders put things on this site,but they dont explains what the mods really do as reece says.Shame on you.
it reduces the glow on the lights,and also reduces the white light spectrum.look at the pictures one is darker than the other,one on the left eithout one on the right with.
