this mod includes also personalized colors for cars as well as tweaked max_speed values for some vehicles

Real Ai Traffic Engine Sounds for all default SCS vehicles
changelog v1.33:
-added sounds for the latest new Ai vehicles
-reworked some existent sounds and replaced others
-personalized colors all cars from http://paintref.com website
-tweaked max_speed for some vehicles
-added max 0.1 spawn ratio to new russian car models (Lada); will appear with low density in all countries, the bus and the Zil truck remain at the default spawn
-only for 1.33
