Java map rework v8.1 add-on update versi 1.47 – 1.49

For now this map update has compatibility with ProMods Maps. It works from ETS2 1.47 to 1.48, 1.49 (must match any ProMods version available in each game version).
This map can be combined with many additional maps : Promods, Rusmap, Road to Asia, Southern Region (SRmap), Poland Rebuilding, Sibirmap, Maghreb Map, EAA, JRR Map, etc.

I have tested this map on ETS2 1.40 and 1.45, 1.47, 1.48, 1.49. It turns out it works well even with other maps, for version 1.49 only tested 2 combo maps, (JRR Map, Shoutheast asia)
