Do not support advanced hitch. (Made by USSR)

Last changes:
Fixed bugs in the registration of some cargoes.
Registered own cargoes to the Soviet cement truck TTs-11.
Registered own cargo to the Soviet tank for fuel and lubricants.
Removed non-working trailers and cargo.
Cleaned log up to 100% (percent)

Tested on ETS2 version: 1.46.x
It will also work on the previous version 1.45!
