9 DLCs (Going East, Scandinavia, Vive La France , Italia, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Road to the Black Sea, Iberia, Western Balkans and Greece) are required to run this mod.
ProMods Europe is required.
The Special Transport DLC is compatible but not required.
