the steps to get this mod to work are (and you need something like 7zip). Using 7zip, right-click and open the Archive. Move the contents of Blablabal to your desktop or file, so the 5 or 6 files within Blablabla. Compress those files back into a .zip file. I finally showed up in mod manager and the cities show up on the map.
