Thanx Andis, but my comment was regarding traffic patterns and behavior.
I think it would be better if SCS lets player select traffic patterns and behaviors from multiple choices.
Of course, the first option should be \real mode\, where:
1) *phantom* vehicles are not present (these that suddenly appear in front or rear you coming from nowhere).
2) physics of your truck are always present, even when you are not late (sometimes your truck is forced to crash or doesn´t increase speed even in downhill roads).
3) traffic doesn’t change to extreme populated only because you go fast.
4) lots of other *arcade mode* behaviors.
Having players several mods that help them to have all the money and higher levels available, I think it makes no sense that SCS keep this behavior without any other option.
IMHO, it would be the best simulator ever if SCS follows these items, the rest of the game seems epic.

In options can turn off speed limit! In 1.8.2.3!
In real life, if one increase speed, traffic doesn´t change and no one tries to crash you.
It the game, the more isolated street becomes the most populated avenue at 3 AM, and *everyone* crashes you. You are not able to go fast.
Do you really call it a “simulator”?

To answer the question why, I’d answer either a) because speed is a fun challenge itself. OR b) getting from A to B faster.
Also, ###### comments are simply useless. Who doesn’t know it’s originally a simulator? People like u seem to be addicted to negative comments.

Another “need for speed” mod. For gods sake this is a simulator not a need for speed game. Whats the fun with having these mods?
Hey! It is not a simulator. Everyone is looking to crash you, your truck doesn’t increase speed if your time is good or it is forced to crash. It rains in deserts!!! It is a simple kiddies game.
