A Graphic-UI based .SCS/.ZIP extractor. You can use it to open/extract .scs mods and change them yourself and rebuild them in ScsBuilder (coming soon) so you can tailor a mod to your own needs, or improve and redistribute it.

Doesn’t work…After unpacking from rar and starting application it says that Scs.exe is not valid Win32 application.

Glad it worked for you. Currently in the process of adding a progress bar and file association capabilities but it appears this app hasn’t landed too well and I aren’t getting any feedback so after that it may be withdrawn from the update cycle.

Got to agree, and it’s somewhat deceivingly named. SCS themselves have the “real” extractor for modders use.
Apparently is doesn’t work anyway.
Just use WinZip for that!
