Silesia Rebuild in Poland v1.4.1

Mod is about rebuild the southern lands of Poland region “Silesia” and the main City Katowice lot of improvements has been implemented.

Version 1.4.1:
– Fix is about repairing the orlen gas station in Czestochowa
– Fix is also repairing the bugged garage in Czestochowa
– Added the devilery from Katowice Kaufland, Biedronka Bytom Siemianowice
