No Freddy, a brand or company logo is something completely different than a piece of music.
It is forbidden to use use brand or logo when MAKING PROFIT is involved. That’s why SCS could’nt use all the real truck brands in the beginning. They are making money on a game. Mods that change brands to original are legal, because no money is charged for them.
Using a piece of music and publishing it for free is ILLEGAL. That’s why Youtube often mutes uploaded videos that contain copyrighted material.
So using brands and logos is allowed, using copyrighted material is probably not.
