The game will crash on me whenever I tried to get an upgrade parts such as engine, chassis, accessories…etc 🙁
Can this possibly be updated to support Ver 1.5x, Seems to work If I already own but cant buy any new ones

Thx JA, I deleted the 2 files and now just have the warning from \thrust_characteristic_viscosity\ but I don’t know what to do about it, what number I should use to make it work properly, thats why I was asking for a update of the mod :))

-These parameters are obsolete (no longer used), they have no meaning, so the game is ‘ignoring’ these lines. You can delete these lines from the physics.sii
Old physics_data loaded, rescaling thrust_characteristic_viscosity to sensible range. Proper correction might be required.
-The parameter \thrust_characteristic_viscosity\ has been changed in newer game versions. It is no longer a whole number (default in 1.4.12 is 0.0016). The game has detected that this value contains a number (6.0) suitable for the OLD data physics model and rescaled it (divided it) to try and fix the problem but \proper correction\ might be needed (i.e. adjusting the number value manually).
Create a test account, enable the physics, see if it crashes, enable mods one by one.

I have V1.4.12 as well and I don’t get any Physics Mod 7 errors, did you try disabling other mods that you run with it to see which one might be causing it?
Also physically remove mods you disable from the mods folder, just to be sure, you can later return them back and enable, this was something that I had to do when I had constant issues with a certain mod.
