todos los mod se cargan activan y se elije la carga en el singleplayer , luego debes guardar la partida y luego ingresar al multiplayer saldrá un aviso faltante le das en continuar y cargas la partida guardada y listo 😀
La pregunta es como hago para que funcione en el Multiplayer
