It's an update from Hub Reduction Axle Cap by KCl v 2.5.3 I have separated the axle and wheel cover into 2 parts.
You don't need to sell the axle and covers before update if you use both mods First...

There are 124 trucks adapted to the old version 1.26, and will continue to work, if you use that version.
