Update fix powerkasi lightbox

In previous version i can fix the black texture on the lightbox where the ist completely black and not showing any color of skin, but then i realize theres another bug. The light its too bright at night and almost cannot see the text of skin
So i fix it again and the lights now is bright normally at night

This is a quick fix before i release my Fish Transport mod, which is i will be posting a few moments later
