Edward, the mod changes the loading screen pictures you see. The LOADING SCREEN is the SCREEN in-game that is shown whilst the game is LOADING.
The mod uses the pictures shown above for any in-game loading screens, rather than the pictures that are normally used, i.e. the default ones.
The initially black & white pictures also fill up with colour from left to right, making them not only loading SCREENS but also loading BARS, due to the way they also show the progress of the load. This mechanism is in place for both the stock pictures that came with the game and the pictures you can download in this mod. I am just pointing out why the mod is called a LOADING BAR

Really Bob? When I downloaded it it took me to File-Upload.net and didn’t see anything about iLivid.
