Here's a quick fix to make the SISU appear in dealers after the 1.31 patch.
Note that this does not adjust for steerable axles or trailer cables.
Obviously, if this isn't to RJL's liking i'll take it down.
But this should suffice until another update comes out.

Fixed NO HDR mod version.
