Rho Log Tandem Skin 3.1

This is the 3rd tandem skin pack for Flemming V's BDF devil tandem trucks.
The only thing worth adding is that this skin pack too has Flemming V's scripts to add various tandem trailers to choose from when hauling.

Less rain strips
I hate current rain strips in both games.
This mod update rain.dds and rain.mar and rain.tobj, so you can see rain strips, but it is shorter and narrow.
This mod also compatible with ATS too.
