   How about if in the day:
   Car 65%
   Truck 35%

   And at night:
   Car 30%
   Truck 70%

   The speeds: cars
   City 50
   Highway 100
   Highway 130

   The speeds: truck
   City 50
   Highway 70
   Highway 90
