6 speed transmission with 3000hp is like as my Fiat Punto. But the retarder make a conflict.No need retarder.
YOU CAN JUST TURN OFF THE RETARDER IN THE OPTIONS MENU OR SELECT A GEARBOX WITHOUT HAVING RETARDERS(doesn’t having “R” at last)
I typically like manual transmission vehicals so on this game i use seqential (I don’t have a shifter) and it is a pain having 12 gears, so I use the 6 speed gearbox and it works a treat.
I would say it will do up to
8/9 MPH in 1st gear
15 MPH in 2nd gear
28-32 MPH in third gear
50 MPH in fourth gear
72 MPH in fifth gear
100 MPH in sixth gear
These max speeds is me driving a truck not exceeding 1600 revs, with the trucks top speed being 100 MPH
So I would give the mod 7/10. I have tested the other transmissions though.
My top speed with the chipped Scania R730 (1010 hp) is 180 km/h and won’t rev more. Any ideas why?
Why would you go 180 km/h in a truck anyway?
Well, my best guess is you don’t have enough power to go any faster. I just put in a 1700 HP V8 and the 21 speed tranny into my Scania, and easily hit 205 KPH. so, maybe try a bigger engine.
the 6 speed is far too long om doing 50mph in 4th in low revs? this is non-real gearing selection. same with most other gearbox’s
