Man, my FPS drops to 30-40/s when it starts raining and when is clear sky the FPS are constant to 60FPS. Is normal to happen this?
I found the solution 😀 The file who cause the problem is “wheel_particle_rain.sii” located in “unit\hookup” and I edited the line “particles_max_count” from 150 to 20(like original). I also edited the same line in “wheel_particle_dirt.sii” file but this is not important I think. So, like a conclusion, this method will increase the FPS during rainy weather on slowest PCs.
One question: If I activate the HD option, it is possible to deactivate?
great mod but i agree with i edited the particles max count from 150 to 50 for me 150 way too high
In the older version you could deactivate the HD option by deleting the mod, not more. This should be the same here.

To use the HD textures go to the config.cfg file in your ETS2 folder and add this line to the file and save.
uset g_texture_hd_enabled “1”

you must place this file in C:\username\documents\eurotrucksimulator2\mod, if you use windows vista.

File in your mod folder pause/break turns is on and off and this is word for word from Vajo
Open the config.cfg file in Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, and give the following:
uset g_texture_hd_enabled “1”
5: Start the game. Drive a little. Press ESC and Exit.
6. Check the config.cfg. If the uset g_texture_hd_enabled “1” line is disappeared, the RED is okay. The game will use the HD Effects.
do this at the end to make sure it goes away Amy
