Now you can see all 24 AI machines in all the states that will appear
with the same frequency set to “1”
you will not see more than 30 Mini in 3 minutes in France, and almost
none in Poland.
This mod only interested in AI cars and not in trucks or trailers.

Could anyone explain exactly what it does? All car will appear at once? Or not? Less than 30 Minis in France and none in Poland? What? Why?
The idea is that any car in the game will spawn in any country. to use the authors example. before this mod, in France, the dominate car would be the mini cooper. after the mod, you can see cars like BMW’s and Audi’s and all sorts in France too. basically gives you more diverse traffic
