Every SCS vehicles are now accessible as in “Truck Patch Shop” thanks to this modification. These trucks are indeed unloaded completely.
That modification will get your reach degree (if you’ve not) and you can access those cargo.

Suggestions
I don’t think that (in real life) you will find brand new Scania trucks or other brand new trucks from various brands at a mercedes benz (only) dealer. Used trucks maybe yes. But not brand new ones. However, a good idea in the event that you have to start a new profile and only have a Mercedes Benz dealer or just one of the other brands available.
