Animated gates in companies v1.5

YouTube preview

Mod adds to the game more realism, making gates and barriers, many companies are animated! All gates and barriers have a collision, so to fully open do not attempt to drive to the base or to leave. In fashion there are not all companies that are in the game, the mod will be updated!
Version 1.5:
– Added new base
– Fixed bugs
Supported versions of the game:
1.26.x + DLC Going East + DLC Scandinavia + DLC Vive la France

    I`m still downloading this mod, but I was expecting some development (improvement) by now, especially with talented modders behind this. In short, this could be great, but so far it`s just good.

    Suggest no gate on truck dealer/repair during business hours if possible. Does not seem realistic for this business to be gated when open. You shouldn’t put gates on business that sells to public like you wouldn’t put gate on fuel station.

    I hate asking but is there any chance you could do this for ATS as well? I love your mod and am quite surprised no one else has done one (that I’ve found).

    I like this mod very much – the gates and barriers look really realistic. There is only one inconvenience… in real, when a gate is being opened it’s already possible to go through, even if it’s half (or even less) opened. I can understand that Authors would kike to push us truck drivers to wait until a gate or a barrier is fully opened. Actually we need to wait a second longer – I had some situations that a gate was already fully opened (animation was stopped), but I crashed… So, I have two advices:

    1. when passing fee-points on motorways, it’s possible to go through even if barrier is not fully opened (this seems be most realistic);

    2. if Authors don’t want to do as told in point 1, then there would be very good if had lamps (one on each side of a gate), flashing whe gate is being opened and stopping flash when it’s alllowed to go through

      I have explained this in other versions
      and unnecessary to repeat these comments
      the authors know of this problem, perhaps they will solve it later

    Sorry but i believe it’s not to easy to make one mode like this. Respect his job. I am sure next version’s, will be better!

    Bug: double gate, first a standard steel fence and 1m ahead an up/down barrier.

    I’m sorry if this is not the place to report this but i will be happy to post if at any other place if someone post me in the right direction.

    I was expecting some improvements in this update…. unfortunately gates still have a bug, after complete opening you need 2 more seconds in order to pass otherwise you hit an invisible wall. you could use perhaps the same system as for the toll barriers?
