BELGIAN REALISTIC LICENSE PLATES V1.1
Changes the license plates in Belgium to be more realistic.

For Cars / Trucks / Busses (since november 2010):
1-ABB-222
For Trailers (between november 2010 and october 2014):
1-QBB-22
For Trailers (since october 2014):
Q-BBB-222
Q = fixed letter
A = random letter, except M, O, T, Q, Z
B = random letter
2 = random number

Overhaul license plates:
– Fix car/truck/bus combinations
– Removed combinations allowed only for Motorcycles, Oldtimers, Taxis and car dealers
v1.0 – Released 26-08-2015
– Initial release

Notes:
– Increase priority in ‘Mod Manager’ to avoid problem with other mods (f.e. ProMods)
– At least game version 1.19 is required for this mod to work.
