This fix slove the next errors that cause MAN truck files in TSM 6.2:
Model descriptor '/model/moq/man/man.pmd' has incorrect file version 0

- expected magic/version 506d6713 Model descriptor '/model/moq/...

This mod changes road atlas background.
I made this map background using various Europe maps, and had to adjust Russian teritory to fit ROS map.
