Skill Menu & Graphic Menu & Offence

Here is mod which add text into Graphic menu nothing special and changed colours in skills menu green colour is activated and red not activated and changed colour of offence when you drive in wrong way and when you cross red light..Look picture Tested on 1.16.3.1s

There are more of these mods out there, but for my version I took the average European interest rates from http://www.ecb.europa.eu.
I also changed the amount and length to be more realistic.
