HOW CAN I INSTALL THIS PATCH TO HAVE THE DLC EAST & NORTH TO???

scs software is proper site for update patch scrols real version is free and at 2 40 mb this is fake other updates ets 2 updates sites at 240 mb dont download this as updates is better version
my mistake 1.5gb is real updates gameshell link
the triangle flickering still appears in my mirror when I leave the docks in Sweden or Denmark so that’s clearly not fixed
