This tiny fix will make the cities of Project Caucasus (Makhachkala, Derbent and Khachmaz) with their correct names (cyrillic) – original ones plus translations on English and Russian. Place the mod above the Project Caucasus.

It works after another attempt, sorry.
But I only see on the map Derbent and Khachmaz, not Makhachkala.
