It is there due to middle easter and turkish people to add that to their trucks and other transportation vehicles.
Similar to the Philippines too, but over there, you will see on their jeepneys it is full of christian messages and bible verses and other countries where spanish were, are full of these things, same as in india with their items too.
You can always use an editor to remove it.
Personally, I don’t mind it as long as there are no swear words, as my kid also plays on the same pc ETS2.
