ETS 2 Mods Problem

Hello!

Regarding ETS2 mods , i have a big problem,when i install a car mod (most of them) have black textures and by that i mean:
dashbord is pitch black, if i try to change the car or rims color it remains black.I tried a lot of mods and i looked at the verison,curently i run 1.33 for incompatible mods and i tried car mods but most of them have this problem.
I even tried to use only 1 mod at a time still the same, uninstalled the game.. same result, changed the save game,still the same.What can i do? I just want to drive a BMW or a Mercedes or smth.
