Do you have Going East DLC? If not I suggest you should buy it. Also I do recommend ProMods map packs http://www.promods.net/ and it’s totally free. They both adds nice landscapes and roads. You can always download nice trucks from Ets2.lt.
As far as I know you can’t upgrade garage slots more than 5 slot. Where did you see that?
About drivers; I don’t know if there is a limit for driver counts but 150 drivers pretty enough for me.It’s because Scs made like that. Interior sound too low than exterior. I guess they will change it in new patch but you don’t need to wait. You can change it with mods. Try Bennekeben’s sound mod for Scania https://ets2.lt/en/scania-bcd-v8-sound/#comment-381963
It has very much louder interior sound then default one.
