He probado el mod del Freightliner Argosy Cat 8×4 edit v2.0 – en ETS 2 – v1.18.1.
Ante todo mis felicitaciones al equipo de entusiastas que ha generado este mod.
Es un modelo muy realista y verdadero. Muy cercano al modelo original.
Solo tengo unas observaciones que hacerles, y espero puedan disculpar mis comentarios. Pero con la finalidad de obtener un mod aún más realista; y basado en mis 35 años de experiencia como conductor de camiones pesados de larga distancia, y de los cuales he manejado durante 18 años camiones pesados americanos de más de 500 hp, me tomo la libertad de hacerles llegar las siguientes críticas constructivas:
1- La altura de la visión del conductor desde la butaca de conducción debería ser más alta.
Tengan en cuenta que las cabinas de este tipo de camiones llega a los 3.80 / 3.90 mts. de altura.
2- El mod consume mucha memoria y torna el juego un poco pesado (al menos en mi portátil). Otros camiones no consumen tanta memoria
Basado en el motor de 1050 HP:
3- El rendimiento del motor es pobre. Lo he probado con todas las cajas de velocidades automáticas simples, y cajas manuales; incluidas en el mod, y lo obtenido es demasiado pobre comparándolo a los verdaderos camiones de 750 HP, con un tiraje de 45 Ton.
4- He notado que en el mod, en la caja automática, saltea las marchas pares
5- Que los cambios pasan en un régimen de motor por debajo de los 1500 RPM, cuando deberían hacerlo en las 1700 RPM, bajando con la nueva marcha a 1300 RPM. Estas cajas de velocidades varían en 400 RPM o 500 RPM del motor en cada cambio de marcha; ya sean marchas ascendentes o marchas descendentes
DATOS BASADO EN UN CAMION KENWORTH T2000 – MOTOR CAT C-16 – 620 HP – Radio 3.55 – 2 TANQUES DE 150 GAL C/UNO (1100LT)
En los camiones reales con motores de 600 Hp, las cajas de velocidades cuentan con ALTA y BAJA, y en algunos casos muy específicos con cajas de velocidades de 8 marchas, y dependiendo de la marca de la caja de velocidades, cuentan también con RECUPERADOR DE VUELTAS (R/RPM).
Pero ya sería ahondar demasiado en el tema
En el caso particular de mi camión, tiene una caja de velocidades simple de 8 marchas hacia adelante y 1 marcha de retroceso, la que con el accionamiento de la ALTA y BAJA, se cuenta como una caja de 16 marchas hacia adelante y 2 marchas hacia atrás (R BAJA y R ALTA).
CONDUCCION:
a) Cuando el camión esta desenganchado (solo la unidad tractora) se conduce de la siguiente manera:
Salida: 4ta BAJA 8va marcha
1er. Cambio a: 4ta. ALTA 9na marcha
2do. Cambio a: 5ta ALTA 10ma marcha
3er. Cambio a: 6ta, ALTA 12da marcha
4to. Cambio a: 7ma. ALTA 14ta marcha
5to. Cambio a: 8va. ALTA 16ta marcha
A 1400 RPM, este camión está viajando a 93 kms/hr
b) Cuando el camión está enganchado, pero con el semirremolque vacío y con un peso total de 17.5 Ton:
Salida: 3ra. BAJA 5ta marcha
1er. Cambio a: 3ra. ALTA 6ta marcha
2do. Cambio a: 4ta. ALTA 8va marcha
3er. Cambio a: 5ta. ALTA 10ma marcha
4to. Cambio a: 6ta. ALTA 12da marcha
5to. Cambio a: 7ma. ALTA 14ta marcha
6to. Cambio a: 8va. ALTA 16ta marcha
c) Cuando el camión está enganchado y cargado, con un peso total (Tractor + Semi + Carga) de 45 ton:
Salida: 2da. ALTA 4ta marcha
1er. Cambio a: 3ra. BAJA 5ta marcha
2do. Cambio a: 3ra. ALTA 6ta marcha
3er. Cambio a: 4ta. BAJA 7ma marcha
4to. Cambio a: 4ta. ALTA 8va marcha
5to. Cambio a: 5ta. BAJA 9na marcha
6to. Cambio a: 5ta. ALTA 10ma marcha
7mo. Cambio a: 6ta. BAJA 11ra marcha
8vo. Cambio a: 6ta. ALTA 12da marcha
9no. Cambio a: 7ma. BAJA 13er marcha

La 1ra, ya sea en ALTA o BAJA, generalmente es utilizada para hacer fuerza. Digamos por ejemplo para sacar otro camión encajado en el barro.
Como último dato, le agrego que mi camión tiene rodado 11.00 x 22.00, y que a 1400 RPM, en 8va ALTA, cargado, con un peso total de 45 ton, viaja a una velocidad crucero de 97 km / hr, con un consumo promedio de 29 lts c/100 kms

– I had a “rounded taillight” problem with the older versions of the mod and i wonder if it’s been fixed?
– The cabin light was on in the morning and afternoon but it wasn’t properly lighting at night. (In the older versions)

GAME CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO CUSTOMIZE TRUCK
every thing is great
BUT EXCEPT ONE WHERE IS THE HEAD LIGHT?
HEAD LIGHT IS DIDN’T BRIGHT THR ROAD
I have found that on the 8x4A Chassis when you reverse into a paring space the truck will crash and stop about a meter away from the back of the space any chance you could fix this

I love the look of this mod and would love to use it I have followed the usual procedure: Extract SCS file to mod folder, activate, enter truck dealer. However it just doesn’t appear! It’s nowhere! Can somebody please help?
Add “zzzzzzzzzz” (25-30) then appear in the truck dealer 🙂

Throw mod in the Mods folder, further before the name add zzzzzzzzz (pieces 25-30) come into game and include fashions… Has to work:)

Hello, I found a couple of bugs when loading your mod. 1) Move the camera to the streets in the interior is not possible (crashes game) 2) I have in modes FH16 2013 v18.7s from ohaha, Volvo VNL 670, FH16 2009 v13.9r from ohaha, but most likely not compatible with each other … Here are a few photos:
