This mod adds CAT-power Freightliner Argosy to the game (tested on patch 1.18, not sure about earlier versions). Everything has been redone, also added fully AO baked textures both exterior and interior, some basic tuning, fixed geometry of the truck and all-new CAT C15 engine sounds.

Changelog:
– Exterior shadow fixed
– Dashboard panel and deflectors geometry have been slightly changed
– Changed truck computer to Coronado
– Added green dashboard light
– Fuel gauge now works
– Added more dummies for roof grill tuning
– Few fixes here and there

Great truck 🙂 the only problem ive got is i wish it had the cam mod where you turn to the right and goes into the bed compartment. I hope you could include this in this great truck 🙂
I already made a mod for a 360 view. It can;t go into the compartment, but at least you can look over your shoulder and look back there.
All you have to do is copy the camera rotation limits from the 360 view mod (available on this web site) into the same file for this truck, leaving all the other data alone so you don’t jack up your camera position – and yer set XD

I have one request for this truck:
Would it be possible for someone to make a UV map so that this beauty can be skinned? To me, that is the only thing this REALLY awesome truck is lacking.

I wish i could edit my posts so it doesn’t seem like I am spamming with post, so sorry but . . .
on that texture I mentioned int he last version of this truck – ao_color.dds – I am not sure what compression you are using to make that file but it is a 45 MB texture file as it comes with this mod. Like with version 1.0, I simply opened it and re-saved it, not changing resolution or anything, as a DDS and the file shrunk down to 10 MB without effecting any quality, but GREATLY improving performance – especially when visiting the Volvo dealer XD
In your next version, would you consider maybe converting that file to a true dds so that we don’t have to edit it?
the engine rebs sound good but there is too much background engine noise. get rid of that and it would sound much better.
Everything looks good with the truck. I do wish could use my Paint DLC’s with it like the Viking DLC. But good truck. Needs better paint choices is all.

The tachometer (revs) is supposed to be on the left and speedometer on the right. You have them the wrong way around..

GREAT truck !! THANKS !! I’ve been waiting very long for a proper Argosy mod. PLEASE also make Cummins engines + kriechbaum’s Signature sound for this truck. Would love to have both CAT and Cummins in Argosy.
