I also looked at this mod and tried it. there are no tree leaves on the roads at all!!!! you can’t see a single deka tree leaf anywhere on the roads, even though I turned this mod on! This mod DOESN’T WORK AT ALL!!! it’s more like a scam!!!

Nothing seen either, too much wind maybe, the dead leaves are gone :))
