Also, I find the close gear ratio too close that seems to be faulty, shifting all the way up without much difference and running at 2500rpm at 12th gear under 100km/h. How about the others? Is there anyway I can fix it?
And what are the uses of the different tyre sizes?

No it has multiple chasis and you can put accessoires on it too!
You can buy them in both big MB-dealers
