Hello, I got a friend, simply remove the “#” character in the file def \ country \ “name of country” line —> # traffic_cars []: octavia_2009, have to be careful in smaller countries are not traffic is difficult, to a considerable increase trafeco, especially in cities.
you will get more mixture of ai-cars,
but not more amount.
just take a look to the console and count how many ai-cars are spawned. it is always the same number. there is no option in def and base to change that value.
the methode you describe only change the mixture of ai traffic.
also the aicar-clone-methode only change the mixture.
and those methodes often generate CTD with index failures in gamelog
Here in my game there were no problem, and I use the maximum resolution, and count which you refer must be the sector of the map that you’re in the moment, you can also, add newer ai car in original ETS I added both new ai_car (just as a test) that could not even walk in town, rsss … if it worked there might work in ETS2 too.
I just tried this out of curiosity and sure enough there is no increase in traffic.
But worse then that, there is a load of other stuff in the mod that is not mentioned in any description.
So it doesn’t do what it says it does and gives you other stuff you didn’t want.

it is NOT possible to create more amount of traffic.
ets2 always spawn ~60 aicars @day and ~20 aicars @night
and there is no way to change it.
