SCS file is still not seen, I extracted the files completely and repackaged as a ZIP file. Now it works in my game and it is visible in the list of mods.
For anyone who also has this problem can download the zip file here.

It still doesn’t play nice with the Scandinavian part of the map though the big red missing texture fields is gone. When I tried to upgrade one of my garages to large in Scandinavia the game crashed, but I could upgrade a garage in Manchester to large without problems. This mod really don’t like the Scandinavian DLC.

Employment agency can not find the floor with red text Texture.
Furthermore, it is a beautiful mod, some small mistakes, because at the Hotel you can no longer stay with your truck.
click the rar file, then rightclick and choose change name, make sure you go to the end that you end up behind the .rar and change the rar to scs and save (will give a warning you change extension -> just accept that).
Then put the just renamed file to the mod folder and start game, it should be visible now in your modslist on the left.
This worked for me after a few tries.
Mod does work (all garage doors open (from SCS only 1 door opens) that is how checked if the mod worked) , unfortunatelly not with my garage, it overrules my garage 🙁

I cant find it in my mod manager after i have make it to a scs file 🙁 Do you now how i can fix it? Yes i have putted it in my mod folder in the dokuments 🙂
