Added assets from dlc_it and dlc_balt
With this mod will have no more empty chairs and benches in game. Will be occupied by SCS animated characters. Spawned frequency of pedestrian is 0.3 and will not be spawned on night or during rain!
Note: with new SCS mover system, I’m unable to make movers reacts to rain, so, during rain, will have wet pedestrian sitting
