   You can disable police altogether by going to MyDocuments > ETS2 folder > Profiles > WHATEVER12345 and open config.cfg. Set “g_police” variable to 0.

   There is no point in doing it as mod – yet another source of possible conflicts.

   True. This mod only sets the amount of penalties to zero. Changing the parameter “g_police” is a better solution, then there is no information about the traffic penalties at all.

   Actually this is really helpful because I wanted to only disable charges and not notifications!
