-Added back LowTrafficDensity.scs (decrease traffic which improve FPS)
-Added HDR_Fix_1.18.xx (This mod fix hdr & bloom)
-Added zzzzLowQualityTrees_Grass_Decreased_Density.scs (Lower quality of grass and trees and reduce density may you gain few FPS)
