It’s faster than original Scania 730 HP engine.
6 & 12 speed transmissions have a little bit longer gears and shifts faster.
Gears which ratios are bigger than 1 have maximum torque of 4800.
Gears which ratios are smaller or equal to 1 (final two gears) have maximum torque of 5000 and have more power from 1900 rpm.
ENGINES should be used on three or more axle trucks, because they have more grip and weight at the rear part of the trucks!
Two axle trucks are slipping too much with traction control turned off.
Trucks can do 200+ km/h (120+ mph).

– I have built a new section on the road to Noia, specifically the one corresponding to the parish of Laraño.
– Tree walls have been removed from the area near the road and have been moved much further. These backgrounds have been subsumed by elements created to be viewed closely, which has greatly improved the appearance of the map.
– I’ve blocked access to dead-end roads, keeping it as a stage, giving those roads and their surroundings a more lifelike appearance.
– I have rebuilt the environment of the highway that leads to Lugo Avenue, making more realistic the environment of the San Lázaro hotel, as well as the landscape of trees on one side and the buildings near Lugo Avenue.
– Many buildings have been replaced by others closer to reality.
– I have also recreated and built from scratch many streets and alleys that lead to main roads. These areas do not allow trucks to enter, but greatly increase immersion and realism. Especially in the old area, but also in other parts of the city.

Compatibility for 1.50
No errors or warnings in the game.log. Totally clean.
Well optimized. It works smoothly on even the least powerful computers.

Previous soundproofing ETS2 – 2024MAY30

New in version 2024MAY30: Added soundproofing for the 2023 Renault E-Tech T.

This mod brings back a similar soundproofing from 1.42 for ETS2 default trucks affected by the 1.43 interior cabin sound update.

Newer default trucks from after 1.43 also get this treatment but with only small changes as necessary.

Features:

* Stops in-cab sounds from being louder than when the camera is outside and next to the engine.
* Reduces the excess reverb in the cabin.
* Lowers sound volume of high pitch sounds such as turbo when windows are closed.

You can enable this mod with low priority in the Mod Manager if you want.

Modders are welcome to use the baseline settings provided in this mod for sound_effects_units.sui
Tip: Do not stray too far in increasing gain values, because it may affect all sounds such as traffic and ambient sounds.
