This mod adds 12 new random events to appear on highways with a hard shoulder.
These are tweaked versions of the ones created by SCS.
The various tweaks i have made include:
– Improved prior warning for the player.
– Improved the usage of the cones to make them more realistic.
– Improved the placement of vehicles to make them more realistic.
